$ Treats are promotional credits that may be used within Znackr to redeem offers at participating Food Spots. They are designed to encourage discovery and sharing, and are not cash, gift cards, stored value, prepaid accounts, or financial instruments of any kind.
By creating, sending, or redeeming $ Treats, you agree to the following terms:
$ Treats:
● Have no cash value
● Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for money
● Are non-refundable and are use-or-lose
● May only be used within Znackr by a registered user
● Are valid only at the Food Spot associated with the content
● Grant the recipient a limited, time-bound right to redeem the specified amount
$ Treats do not represent deposits, stored funds, or any form of monetary balance.
When you attach a $ Treat to content and send it:
● The recipient may redeem the $ Treat only at the associated Food Spot
● $ Treats apply only to future redemptions
● $ Treats cannot be applied to past purchases or transactions
Znackr facilitates the creation and use of $ Treats but does not hold funds on behalf of users or Food Spots.
If a Znack expires before its $ Treat is used, the unused $ Treat returns to the purchaser’s Pantry. The Treat’s original expiration date remains unchanged.
When purchasing a $ Treat, the $ Treat amount, Znackr fee, and any applicable payment processing fee are displayed separately before purchase. The total amount you will be charged is always shown before payment is completed.

● Cannot be refunded once created
● Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred for value
● Must be created, sent, and redeemed within Znackr
$ Treats may only be created and redeemed at participating Food Spots.
Each Food Spot may:
● Set conditions on how $ Treats are used such as requiring a purchase
● Limit the number of redemptions
● Modify or discontinue participation at any time
Znackr does not guarantee that a Food Spot will honor a $ Treat if the Food Spot has ended participation or changed its terms.
To maintain fairness and platform integrity:
● $ Treats may be subject to usage limits or redemption caps
● Abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the system may result in:
Znackr reserves the right to review, restrict, or revoke promotional credits at its sole discretion.
Znackr may, at any time:
● Modify
● Pause
● Replace
● Or discontinue
Any aspect of the $ Treats program, including how they are issued, used, or redeemed.
Use of $ Treats requires an account in good standing.
Znackr may remove or restrict access to $ Treats if:
● Platform policies are violated
● Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
● Multiple or fake accounts are used to obtain credits
$ Treats may be offered:
● As part of promotions
● To encourage discovery of Food Spots
● To test or introduce new features
Not all users or Food Spots will receive the same offers.
Znackr may offer loyalty points or other in-app rewards that can be converted into $ Treats, and $ Treats may be converted into other forms of promotional or in-app value.
Such conversions:
● Are determined solely by Znackr
● May be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time
● Do not establish or imply any cash value, stored value, or monetary equivalence
All converted values remain promotional in nature and subject to these terms.
