USER CODE OF CONDUCT

This User Code of Conduct (the “Code”) sets the tone for how our community connects and shares on Znackr, LLC (“Znackr” or “we”). We ask all users (“you”) to follow the spirit of this Code so that Znackr feels like a fun, fair, and inspiring place for everyone. These aren’t rules meant to box anyone in – they’re here to keep the vibe genuine, generous, authentic, and rooted in good food energy.
Our Expectations of Users
Be Respectful: Kindness makes every Znack more meaningful.
Treat other users, Food Spots, and staff with kindness.
No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
Keep your content uplifting—Znackr is about celebrating, not tearing down.
Keep It Authentic: Your real moments matter most.
Post your own content, not someone else’s.
Stay truthful about what you’re sharing—don’t misrepresent or mislead.
Remember, Znacks are about real moments.
Stay Food-Focused: Celebrate flavors, not frustrations.
Znacks should celebrate food, people, experiences, and places.
No offensive, explicit, or unrelated material.
Znackr is not a review site—let the focus stay on connection and discovery.
Play Fair: When everyone plays fair, the rewards feel bigger.
Use content accurately and as intended.
Don’t try to “game the system”. Znackr has ways to do just that, in a fair, fun, and original way, and there’s plenty more cooking.
Respect Food Spot rules—treat staff with the same respect you’d want for yourself.
Protect Privacy: Respecting boundaries builds trust.
Be mindful of accurately tagging locations.
Be mindful of others in general and respect privacy.
If you see unsafe or inappropriate behavior, report it so we can address it.
Consequences: If someone repeatedly goes against the spirit of this Code, we may:
Remove their content,
Suspend or limit their access, or
Permanently remove their account.
Our goal is not punishment; it’s to preserve the spirit of Znackr—joy, generosity, and community around food.
You Bring People Together
At its core, this Code of Conduct is about more than policies. It’s about how you make Znackr meaningful. Every user has the power to turn an everyday moment into something bigger. A quick photo at lunch, a toast with friends, or a pitstop on the way home—these aren’t just posts, they’re sparks.
When you share a Znack, you’re not just capturing your own experience. You’re creating an invitation—one that someone else can answer. Maybe it inspires a friend to check out that same Food Spot tomorrow, or maybe, a week later, someone across town claims your Znack and finds themselves in the very spot you once enjoyed. Suddenly, people who may never meet are connected through a shared food experience.
That’s the beauty of Znackr: you can bring people together literally or in spirit. Not just side by side at a table, but across neighborhoods and over days and weeks, through the common thread of a Znack. Your simple act of sharing—no matter how small or simple—can ripple outward, carrying others into new places, flavors, and moments they might never have discovered otherwise.
Znackr makes it easy (and fun) to pay it forward, to use creativity and generosity to fuel discovery and movement. Together, users and Food Spots create more than just content, they create community.
With every Znack, you’re not just sharing food. You’re moving people, weaving connections, and proving that ordinary moments, when shared from the heart, can inspire togetherness.
