Vendor "Food Spot" Code of Conduct

Vendor "Food Spot" Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct (the “Code”) outlines the guidelines for all food service providers/vendors (“Food Spots”) who offer deals or otherwise partner with Znackr, LLC (“Znackr” or “we”). We ask that all participating Food Spots, including their teams and partners, aim to follow the spirit of this Code as part of creating a fair, trustworthy, and rewarding experience for everyone using Znackr. These guidelines are about ensuring that perks shared on the platform reflect the values we care about: transparency, generosity, and good-faith participation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
We believe in mutual respect when it comes to intellectual property—both ours and yours. Food Spots use content (like logos, images, or taglines) they have the right to use, and we’ll do the same. If you’re listing deals or offers on the Znackr platform, double-check that your descriptions, names, and materials follow any applicable copyright, trademark, or licensing rules. We also encourage Food Spots to protect their own brand and creative assets. If there’s ever a need to share technology, content, or know-how between Znackr and a Food Spot, we ask that it be done legally and thoughtfully, in a way that respects everyone’s rights.
CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY
Trust goes both ways, and part of building that trust means handling each other’s information with care. If Food Spots ever receive confidential info from Znackr (or about our users, partners, or team), we ask that they treat it responsibly and follow the relevant privacy laws that apply. We’ll do the same in return. And if there’s ever a data breach or unintentional disclosure, we’d appreciate being notified right away so we can work together to respond appropriately. We also encourage Food Spots to take good care of their own business data – it matters to everyone that sensitive info stays protected. We take personal data and privacy seriously—both for our users and for our vendors. We ask that all Food Spots follow relevant privacy laws and security practices when handling personal or sensitive information through the Znackr platform. If your business handles data from Znackr (or its users), we may also share some guidelines or expectations to help make sure that everyone’s information stays safe and secure. If we ever have a privacy-related question or need your help with a request, we’ll work with you in good faith to sort it out together. Likewise, we encourage Food Spots to responsibly manage their own records in line with any legal requirements they’re subject to.
FAIR BUSINESS, ADVERTISING, CONSUMER PROTECTION & COMPETITION LAWS
We ask Food Spots to honor the spirit and intent of any perk offered through Znackr. Perks are meant to feel genuine, thoughtful, and valuable—whether that means a discount, an added item, special access, or another experience offered in good faith. Any descriptions or value references associated with a perk are expected to be accurate and reflective of what a customer will actually receive. Our goal is for every perk to feel like a real win for both the customer and the business—something that enhances the experience. If a customer has a legitimate concern or question, we encourage prompt, good-faith responses; it helps create positive experiences and strengthens the community we’re all working to build. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that Food Spots only list perks for products or services that can be fulfilled as described. Our aim is for offers to be accurate, genuine, and reflect what the customer will really get. We also ask that Food Spots stand by the quality of what they’re offering and keep their offerings up to date. If something changes—like a perk that’s no longer available—we appreciate a heads-up. That way, we can help correct it quickly and keep the experience smooth for customers. In some cases, Znackr may need to update to avoid confusion for users. Just as importantly, promptly and fairly responding to customer questions and/or concerns is a key part of ensuring every interaction on the platform feels seamless and dependable. If you ever notice something that seems off, feel free to flag it to our Compliance Team at Info@Znackr.com. We’ll look into it with care and fairness, and always with the goal of keeping the platform trustworthy for everyone.
RESPECT & FAIRNESS
We believe every community works best when people treat each other with respect and fairness. While we don’t tell Food Spots how to run their businesses, we do ask that anyone participating in the Znackr platform follows ethical practices, treats their team and customers with care, and creates a safe, welcoming experience for everyone. That’s what keeps the community vibe of Znackr fun, fair, and focused on paying it forward.
REGULATORY AUTHORITIES & LAW ENFORCEMENT
If something serious comes up, like a regulatory inquiry or a customer concern that might affect Znackr users, we’d appreciate being looped in when possible. Open communication helps us work together on a thoughtful and fair response. While Food Spots are responsible for handling any legal matters directly, we appreciate being informed if there’s a situation that could impact how people experience Znackr or how your Food Spot is represented on the platform. Similarly, if there’s ever a concern raised about a Food Spot’s conduct through Znackr, we may look into it and may ask for your help in understanding the situation. We’re committed to handling these situations constructively, with transparency and respect.
REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If we notice something in the Znackr engagement process seems off, we’ll aim to reach out and work together to fix it. Mistakes happen, especially in fast-paced food business environments—and we totally get that! Our goal is never to penalize honest errors, but to protect the experience for everyone and resolve issues constructively. We always appreciate when Food Spots flag discrepancies early so we can sort things out together.
REPORTING CONCERNS
If something doesn’t feel right—whether it’s related to perks, deal practices, or how someone’s using the platform, Food Spots can report it to Info@Znackr.com. Reports can be made anonymously if needed, and we promise to take every good-faith report seriously and handle it with fairness and respect.
THE POWER OF PAYING IT FORWARD

This Code of Conduct is about more than policies. It’s about helping everyone involved in Znackr contribute to something meaningful. We’re here to make it easy (and fun) for people to pay it forward; to turn social media sharing into real-world moments that matter. Whether it’s discovering a new neighborhood spot, treating a friend, or influencing a chain of goodwill, every Znack shared helps build a more connected and generous community.

Znacks aren’t just digital content. Each one captures a moment worth remembering and turns it into something bigger: an invitation for someone else to get out, share a table, and support a local Food Spot. Znackr transforms everyday experiences into a movement; a fresh, modern take on the most enduring form of marketing—word-of-mouth—reimagined for a digital, social-savvy world.

We want food businesses to experience just how powerful that impact can be. When Food Spots and users align around values like generosity, transparency, and community, everybody wins, and together, we create something truly worth sharing.
